Yes. Therapy SoCal supports autistic children and their families through individualized, strengths-based care. Therapy may focus on emotional regulation, anxiety, communication, social connection, behavior, flexibility, parent support, or challenges occurring at home or school.

Treatment recommendations are based on the child’s needs rather than a one-size-fits-all program.

Yes. ADHD therapy may help children and teens develop emotional regulation, organization, planning, time-management, problem-solving, and executive function skills. Therapy can also address anxiety, frustration, self-esteem, behavior, and family or school challenges associated with ADHD. Parent guidance and educational support may be incorporated when appropriate.

Yes. Our child anxiety therapists support children experiencing general anxiety, separation anxiety, selective mutism, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma-related fears. Treatment may include cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure-based strategies, parent involvement, play-based interventions, and other developmentally appropriate methods.

Yes. Therapy SoCal provides depression therapy for teens experiencing sadness, withdrawal, low motivation, irritability, hopelessness, reduced confidence, or difficulty functioning at home or school.
