Education & Training
I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University in 2024. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Pacific Clinics where I worked with young children (ages 0-5) and their parents to address behavioral issues, trauma, ADHD, and developmental delays. There, I also treated children and adolescents with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. The focus of my dissertation research was on interventions to help foster parents increase attachment security in foster youth.
I have worked in a variety of clinical settings throughout my training including: community mental health, in-home, school, and field based services, and private practice.
I primarily work with children, adolescents, and families utilizing evidenced based practices such as trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Incredible Years, and Seeking Safety.
